Wings for Widows’ vision is to ensure that all widowed persons have access to financial literacy, whether that’s early in widowhood or well down the road. We know from our experience that getting the right financial information early is critical.After someone you love dies, there are many matters to address. At the same time, the emotional impact of your loss may make it hard to focus on all the practical, financial, and legal steps you’ll need to take. Our class for the newly-widowed, Take Charge of Me! will help new widows and widowers start off on the right foot with need-to-know information and help avoiding common – and often costly – mistakes.
If you have been widowed less than three months, this class is for you. However, even if it’s been 4-6 months since your loss, this class will help you.
This class is a one-way presentation, which means your camera and audio will be off. You can join the class and simply relax – nothing required on your part. Q&A will be available via chat.
