Hank Scherf

I am currently a financial adviser with MassMutual Investors Services and have been a financial advisor since 2004 and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since 2007. I graduated from the United States Naval Academy with distinction with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. I also have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I served 10 years of active duty as a Naval Aviator including a tour on the faculty of the Naval Academy teaching engineering. I served an additional 20 years in the Naval Reserve, retiring at the rank of Captain.

Prior to becoming a financial adviser I was in hi-tech sales in Silicon Valley serving as Vice President of Sales in a number of companies for nearly 25 years.

I am very active serving on the boards of several non-profits including the Boy Scouts, the Hiller Aviation Museum, the Sequoia Hospital Foundation board, and a pre-school serving low income families.
