Heather Failla is a dedicated financial advisor with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Specializing in divorce planning and wealth management, she has built her career around helping individuals navigate complex financial transitions. Now, as a volunteer with Wings for Widows through the Foundation for Financial Planning’s pro bono program, Heather is committed to guiding widows through the often-overwhelming process of managing their financial future. Through her involvement with Wings for Widows, Heather hopes to provide more than just financial guidance—she aims to offer reassurance, clarity, and a path forward for those navigating loss.

Heather’s passion for financial empowerment stems from her work in “gray divorce” planning, where she assists individuals over age 50 in separating assets, assessing retirement accounts, and planning for long-term financial security. Recognizing that widows face similar challenges—often with additional emotional burdens—she saw an opportunity to extend her expertise to those in need of compassionate, knowledgeable support.

With a heart for helping others, she approaches her volunteer work with empathy, patience, and a desire to make a meaningful difference.

When she’s not working, Heather enjoys walking, music, spending time with her family, and playing tennis.
